Study English in the UK up to
the Cambridge IELTS standard.
A 'working level' of English is required so
that you can carry out your work successfully and be able to communicate
adequately with your employer, your work colleagues and anyone else you
need to communicate with in your line of work.
Note: You may be asked to take an English
test by a prospective employer before being offered work. If you have
any certificates that show your level of proficiency in English, you should
send a copy of these to us.
Your potential employer may want to talk
to you over the phone in English about your qualifications and experience
before they offer you an interview or job. You should prepare yourself
Also, your local British Consulate which
issues visas and work permits will almost certainly want to conduct an
interview with you in English so that they are satisfied that you can
perform your work in the UK.
What if I need to practice my
English or I need to learn more English?
We are at present negotiating special
rates with online English Course suppliers, which will enable you to brush
up your English language skills before you apply for work in England.
We hope to be in a position to be able to offer an online English course
at various levels in the near future.
English Courses are offered by the British
Council in most countries, they also provide tests with a certificate.
