ACCOMODATION & RELOCATION
Our best clients will
arrange accommodation for you and some will also pay the expenses for
you to relocate to the where your job is.
and the level of seniority in your present job will often determine
what type of accommodation the employer will offer you and the amount
of relocation expenses. Some employers may pay you a rent allowance
and expect you to pay for your accommodation out of this allowance,
others will offer you free accommodation. There are no hard and fast
You may have to negotiate
these matters with your potential employer before you accept a job,
so it is probably better to take the attitude that they need you more
than you need them. After all, there's only one of you, whereas there
are many potential employers who are looking for your skills!
We always attempt to
negotiate the best deal for accommodation and the highest level of moving
expenses with our clients before you are interviewed and will advise
you on this before you attend an interview.
In the worst case scenario,
normally no money will be required to be paid in advance by you
for your accommodation, if it is, we will advise you if a deposit is required.
In some cases you may be able to borrow this from your employer and it
will be deducted from your wages at a reasonable rate.
